Each kit is built to the same precision and proportions as Volkswagen’s originals — formed from heavy-duty 14-gauge steel with the correct original VW V-profile frame, fitted with 5 mm safety glass, and finished in an authentic NOS grey-coat painted finish for true period-correct appearance and protection.

The precision-molded 100% EPDM seals follow the correct VW cross-section, offering a perfect watertight closure and flexible compression just like the factory pieces.
