Each window is built with the same precision and proportions as Volkswagen’s originals — formed from heavy-duty 14-gauge steel, fitted with 5 mm safety glass, and finished in an authentic NOS black-grey coat painted surface, just like period-correct factory components.

The precision-molded 100% EPDM seal follows the authentic VW cross-section, providing a watertight seal and smooth compression exactly like the original pieces. All stainless-steel hinges, solid rivets, and chrome wing nuts are faithfully reproduced for a true OEM fit and appearance.
