Each set is built with the same precision and proportions as Volkswagen’s originals — formed from heavy-duty 14-gauge steel, fitted with 5 mm slightly curved safety glass for the correct contour and seamless body fit, and finished in a mirror-polish triple chrome plating for lasting shine and protection.

The precision-molded 100% EPDM seals follow the authentic VW cross-section, providing a watertight seal and smooth compression just like the factory pieces. All stainless-steel hinges, solid rivets, and chrome wing nuts are faithfully reproduced for a true OEM fit and period-correct appearance.
